As of the 29th of April 2016 swimming pool and spa owners are required by law to be certified and registered on the NSW Pool Registry. If you wish to Sell or Lease your property, ensure your pool or spa has a Compliance (or non Compliance) Certificate and is legally registered. If its not, it can delay the sale or lease of your property.
