fully qualified and accredited swimming pool certifier
All houses with a pool that are sold must have a Compliance (or Non-Compliance) Certificate attached to the contract. All leased houses with a pool must have a Compliance Certificate issued.
We appreciate that the client needs to have the inspection done quickly. You will have an Inspection and Certificate for the sale within 48 hours – detailed report within 4 days if required.
A certifier has to issue a Compliance or Non-Compliance Certificate after they have carried out an inspection and notify council if non-compliant after 6 weeks.
Most certifiers will take the quick and easy assessment route that forces every pool owner to upgrade their pool to the current standards at great expense. Unnecessary upgrades cost thousands of dollars and can be a stressful inconvenience and take away valuable sales time. There are always alternative options for compliance.
